CURRENT PROJECTS
Emerson String Quartet: new work for string quartet commissioned by the Houston Friends of Music to open the organization's 50th anniversary season, in the Fall of 2010.

David Finckel and Wu Han: Sonata for Cello and Piano (2007) to be premiered by the duo at the Aspen Music Festival on June 25, 2008. A recording is also planned.

Caramoor Festival / Escher String Quartet: new piece for string quartet, commissioned by the Caramoor Festival, to be premiered at the festival on July 10, 2008. Escher String Quartet to take work on tour in 2009, including a performance at the Louvre in Paris.

Vermont Symphony: new work for the orchestra's Fall, 2008 tour. Will be performed 9 times at various venues throughout Vermont and New Hampshire, September 24 – October 5, 2008, with Jaime Laredo conducting.

Ying Quartet: string quartet to record Pierre Jalbert's Icefield Sonnets as part of the group's ongoing LifeMusic commissioning project, paired with pieces by Sebastian Currier, Paul Moravec, and Lowell Liebermann. Release date to be announced.

Janaki String Trio: new work for string trio, commissioned by the South Bay Chamber Music Society (California), to be premiered in November, 2008.

Quattro Mani: new piece for piano duo of Alice Rybak and Susan Grace, plus David Colson, percussion. Premiere date to be announced.
